Life’s a drag for Christian Barillas… At least when it comes to his next project.

The Latino actor has joined the cast of CBS’ untitled Jim Gaffigan comedy pilot in a draglicious role.

The project centers on Jim, portrayed by Gaffigan, who lives with his wife Jeannie (portrayed by Mira Sorvino) and five kids in a 2-bedroom New York apartment.

Barillas plays Arlen, the neighborhood’s resident drag queen, who happens to be one of Jim’s closest friends and a good friend to his family.

Barillas, who most recently appeared as a priest in Seven Psychopaths, has previously appeared in ABC Family’s Bunheads and NBC’s soap opera Passions.
