Natti Natasha has earned a first major deal….

The 32-year-old Dominican singer/songwriter, fresh from winning Hot Latin Songs Artist of the Year, Female at the Billboard Latin Music Awards, has signed an exclusive worldwide agreement with Kobalt

The deal includes publishing, administration, creative services and synch for all of Natti Natasha’s catalogue and future works.

This will be Natti Natasha’s first-ever deal with a publishing company.

The singer, who was featured on Don Omar’s 2012 No. 1 single “Dutty Love” in 2012, hadn’t had a hit on Billboard’s Hot Latin Songschart since 2015. 

But in 2017 she restarted her career alongside Daddy Yankee on the single “Otra cosa,”  and since then, has placed 10 songs on Billboard’s Hot Latin Songs chart, both as a soloist and on collaborations with the likes of J BalvinOzunaand Bad Bunny.

“I’m thrilled to welcome Natti Natasha to the Kobalt family,” said Nestor Casonú, president of Kobalt Latin Americain a statement. “As both a songwriter and performer, she is a huge talent with a great career ahead.”

“Natti Natasha is without a doubt one of the top female Latin artists in the game right now,” added Leslie Ahrens, Vice President, Creative, Latin America. “She is truly a versatile artist that can’t be described in one genre as she is conquering them all.”

In March, Natti Natasha released her album, ilumiNATTI,which peaked at No. 3 on Billboard’s Top Latin Albumschart. 

Earlier in the year, she was recognized as YouTube’s most-watched female artist and last week, she was part of the annual “Women In The Lead” panel during Billboard Latin Music Weekalongside Karol GBecky GAnitta and Lali.

“I look forward to a long and rewarding relationship with the Kobalt Music team,” she said in a statement.
