The 51-year-old Puerto Rican superstar has released the official music video for her latest single “In The Morning” on Triller.
“I am soooo excited for you to see the official video for #InTheMorning,” she shared on Instagram. “It’s full of symbolism about a dark one-sided relationship and the realization that you can’t change anyone else … you can only change yourself!!! Grow your own wings and walk away from anyone or anything that doesn’t truly value all you have to offer.”
Looking nothing short of a goddess, a teaser clip shows scenes of J.Lo wearing nothing but huge angel wings, and other scenes in which she’s wearing a long, white-fitted dress and rocking blonde locks.
Lopez is releasing the music video with the launch of her exclusive lifestyle channel on Triller, where she’ll create original content on music, beauty, fitness, and fashion.
“I’m always looking for innovative and modern ways to connect with my fans, and I am very happy to be able to work with Triller on this amazing new lifestyle channel,” Lopez said in a statement. “Triller’s motto, ‘Where You Do You,’ aligns perfectly with what I would like to share with my fans, and what a better way to start this exciting venture but with the exclusive release of my ‘In the Morning’ music video, which shares such an important message.”
Jennifer Lopezhas ended the year as the belle of the (crystal) ball…
The 51-year-old Puerto Rican superstar closed out 2020 with a powerful and emotional performance on Thursday night, while taking the stage in New York’s Times Square.
Lopez, who headlined the 49th annual Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve With Ryan Seacrest 2021on ABC. began by standing on a 20-foot tall column with a white coat covered in six large white feathered layers that cascaded all the way to the ground. JLo donned a glittery diamond head mask before taking it off, tossing off the massive coat, and showing off a glittering tight pants and a blazer with dramatic shoulders.
While performing her latest single “In the Morning,” J.Lo took a moment to reflect on the challenging year and remember the people we lost during the pandemic.
“2020 is almost over. We made it. We made it,” she said before getting teary-eyed. “If this year taught us anything, it taught us to be grateful for what we do have — to cherish every moment. We lost too many. Too many.”
Lopez also performed a montage of her hit songs, including “Dance Again” and “Waiting for Tonight,” and delivered a dazzling cover of Aerosmith‘s “Dream On.”
“Tonight we’re going to live, we’re going to love and we’re going to dance again,” she added, referring to her 2012 song “Dance Again.” “And we’re going to keep on dreaming. Twenty years ago, I sang this song, and we never needed it more than tonight.”
In addition to Lopez, the New Years Rockin’ Eve special also featured performances by Miley Cyrus, Billy Porter, Cyndi Lauper, Nellyand others.
The 51-year-old Puerto Rican superstar has released the steamy new single, “In The Morning.”
Lopez, who recently teamed up with her Marry Me co-star Maluma for a pair of tracks and a sultry American Music Awards performance, is using the new single to demonstrate her continued power as a solo artist before the year draws to a close.
“In The Morning” recalls some of J. Lo’s most fiercely loved early hits like “If You Had My Love,” with a more swaggering confidence and unabashedly sexual lyrics; Lopez comfortably navigates through the rhythmic pop track.
Although she hasn’t released a proper album since 2014, Lopez’s strong 2020 output must have fans hoping the next one is not too far away.
It’s wedding bells and shotgun shells for Jennifer Lopez…
The 51-year-old Puerto Rican superstar will star opposite Armie Hammer in Lionsgate’s action-comedy Shotgun Wedding.
Pitch Perfect’s Jason Moore will direct from a screenplay by Mark Hammer and Liz Meriwether.
“Jennifer and Armie’s irresistible magnetism, separately and together, make them the perfect pairing for this action comedy,” said Erin Westerman, president of production for Lionsgate’s Motion Picture Group. “They are both incredibly funny actors that can also deliver on the action, but what sets this movie apart is the way their infectious chemistry commands the screen. You can’t take your eyes off them.”
The film follows Darcy (Lopez) and Tom (Hammer), who gather their lovable but very opinionated families for the ultimate destination wedding just as the couple begin to get cold feet. And if that wasn’t enough of a threat to the celebration, suddenly everyone’s lives are in danger when the entire party is taken hostage.
Lopez will produce the film alongside her Nuyorican Productions’ colleagues Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas and Benny Medina.
Production is expected to begin early next year. The film will be presented at the upcoming AFM.
Lopez can be seen next in highly-anticipated Universal rom-com Marry Meopposite Maluma and Owen Wilson.
She recently received rave reviews for her work in the STX film Hustlers.
Emme came up with the idea with her nanny as she thought kids needed to be taught to pray, according to Lopez.
“They just kind of had this conversation, and she was like, ‘Maybe we can write a book where we can save the sloths, and we can use the money to save the sloths,'” Lopez told GMA. “I’m so proud of her to author her first book at 12 years old. She’s way, way ahead of me.”

Jennifer Lopez is making sweet music with a Latin heartthrob…
The 50-year-old Puerto Rican superstar has officially announced she’s working on new material with Maluma.
In a set of photos posted on their respective Instagram accountss, J.Lo and the 26-year-old Colombian superstar were all giggles and fun as they held a piece of paper and pen.
“This class, I like,” expressed Maluma. “Who do you think is the foolish one and who do you think is the wise one of the two?” he asked, assuring that a collaboration was in the works. “Oh, and we’re recording a hit.”
Lopez captioned her photos with what seemed to be part of the lyrics. “Pase lo que pase ‘toy pa’ ti,” which translated to, “whatever happens, I’m with you.” “Are you ready?” she asked her JLovers on social media.
In addition to their upcoming song, Lopez and Maluma will co-star in the forthcoming rom-com Marry Me, where the Latin star will play one Lopez’s love interest.
According to Lopez, Marry Mewill include new music on its soundtrack from both her and Maluma. “I did an album with this movie, so there are all new songs, new music with it, so it’s exciting,” she said earlier this year on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. “I have six to eight songs, and Maluma does two or three.”
Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez have the New York Mets on their minds…
The 50-year-old Puerto Rican superstar and her 44-year-old Dominican American fiancé and former-baseball-star-turned-sports-commentator have retained J.P. Morgan to represent them in raising capital for a possible bid for the Mets team, according to multiple reports.
A three-time American League MVP, Rodriguez retired in August 2016 with 698 home runs, a .295 average and 2,086 RBIs in 22 years. He was suspended for the 2014 season for violations of Major League Baseball‘s drug agreement and labor contract.
A-Rod earned about $448 million as a player. The 14-time All-Star started his career with the Seattle Mariners, signed a record contract with the Texas Rangersin December 2000, and then moved from shortstop to third base when he was traded from the Rangers to the New York Yankees ahead of the 2004 season.
Lopez, a multi-hyphenate, has launched a number of companies, as well as invested in others globally.
The Mets’ ownership is headed by Fred Wilpon, brother-in-law Saul Katza nd Fred Wilpon’s son Jeff, the team’s chief operating officer. The team said December 4 it was negotiating an agreement with Steve Cohen. The hedge fund manager bought an 8% limited partnership stake in 2012 for $40 million. The deal under discussion would have seen him acquire an 80% controlling share in a transaction that values the team at $2.6 billion, and the Wilpons would have remained in place for five years.
The sides announced the deal’s collapse on February 6, and the Mets’ owners said they intended to find a new buyer. Allen & Co. represents the Mets’ owners.
Given the drop in equities prices caused by the new coronavirus pandemic, the next few months figure to be a difficult time to raise money for a bid.
