Jhene Aiko to Help Launch Palms Casino Resort’s “The Show: Sunshine Vibes Sessions” This Weekend

Jhene Aiko is headed to Sin City this Memorial Day weekend…

This long holiday weekend, the 35-year-old part-Dominican American singer/songwriter will perform at the Palms Casino Resort as part of the launch of The Show: Sunshine Vibes Sessions.

Jhené AikoThe concert will begin this Saturday, May 27 at the Soak Pool with special performances by Aiko, Swae Lee, Saint Jhn and DJ Boof.

The following night will feature a second concert by Busta Rhymes, Jeremih and DJ Boof on the 1’s and 2’s.

“We are thrilled to kick off the pool season this Memorial Day Weekend at SOAK,” said Steve Sagan, executive director of nightlife and daylife at Palms. “SOAK Pool promises to be an ultimate poolside party paradise, offering a vibrant lineup of high-energy entertainment, fantastic music, refreshing drinks, delectable food, and endless fun.”

Tickets range from $65 – $150 and doors will open at 11 AM Saturday morning.

Anthony Ramos Contributes Single “The Best” to “Space Jam: A New Legacy” Soundtrack

Republic Records and Warner Bros. Pictures have announced details of the official soundtrack for Space Jam: A New Legacy, the upcoming sequel starring LeBron James, with the 29-year-old Puerto Rican actor, singer and In The Heights star contributing a track.

Among the 16 singles on the soundtrack: Ramos’ “The Best.”

Other artists in the mix are Lil Uzi Vert (“Pump Up the Jam“), Jonas Brothers (“Mercy”), Big Freedia (“Goin’ Looney“), Lil Baby and Kirk Franklin on the lead single “We Win (Space Jam: A New Legacy)” and SAINt JHN and SZA on follow-up single “Just for Me.”

Space Jam: A New Legacy Official Soundtrack arrives in stores and on digital platforms on July 9, one week before the film’s July 16 release.

Demi Lovato to Perform at This Week’s Pepsi Unmute Your Voice Concerts on Triller

The 28-year-old half-Meican American singer will perform at the Pepsi Unmute Your Voice concert on Triller on Thursday, October 8 and Friday, October 9.

Lovato, who recently released the emotional ballad “Still Have Me,” joins a lineup that includes Chance the Rapper, Chloe x Halle, Saint Jhn, Brett Young and Ava Max.

The shows, slated to kick off at 8:00 pm ET both days, are a collaboration with Rock the Vote.

“I’m joining @triller & @pepsi for their #PepsiUnmuteYourVoice concert This election is SO important me to so get registered to vote with @RockTheVote and join me on 10/9 at 8pm EST on #Triller!!” Lovato tweeted. The concerts are the latest get out the vote effort in the run-up to the Nov. 3 election.
