Jaci Velasquez could be called nuestra belleza in Tennessee’s capital city…
The 32-year-old part-Mexican/part-Spanish bilingual contemporary Christian and Latin pop singer has been named to Nashville Lifestyles magazine’s 25 Most Beautiful People 2012 list, which celebrates the people in and around the Music City who are attractive on the inside and outside. She’s the only Latina to make the list.
The Houston-born Velazquez, who lives in Nashville on her “three acres of tree-filled bliss” with her husband and two young sons, serves as a co-host on a morning radio show, Your Family Friendly Morning Show with Doug & Jaci Velasquez.
This month, the two-time Grammy-nominated and seven-time Dove Award-winning singer released her first Spanish-language lullaby album, Buenas noches mi sol with Fisher-Price.
But singing isn’t her only talent…
“If you ever want to try the best homemade salsa and Latin food in town, I’m your girl!”
