After Erica (Hayley Orrantia) outs her brother, she bumps into Sheen’s leather-clad character at the police station, in much the same way Jennifer Grey‘s character does in the film.

Sheen’s casting was first reported by People.

Orrantia’s Lakoda Rayne Shines on The X Factor

There’s only one Hispanic contestant on Fox’s The X Factor… And, she’s still in the running to win the Simon Cowell-produced singing competition.

During last night’s let’s-give-thanks episode—where the nine remaining acts dedicated their songs to the people who’ve made a difference in their lives—17-year-old Hayley Orrantia gave thanks to her father, who gave up his dreams of opening a restaurant to support her singing aspirations.

The part-Mexican singer—part of the all-girl group Lakoda Rayne—and her fellow band mates performed Taylor Swift’s “You Belong With Me” and received positive feedback from the judges. The group’s mentor, Paula Abdul, visibly wept and called their performance “fabulous” and added, ”You’ve proven to me that the sky is the limit!”

But will it be enough to keep Lakoda Rayne in the competition, especially with two acts going home this week?

Find out and catch a special performance by part-Puerto Rican crooner Bruno Mars on tonight’s results show on Fox at 8:00 pm ET.
