Aguilera Back on the Set of NBC’s “The Voice” for the Upcoming Fifth Season

Following a season-long hiatus with Shakira filling in for her, Christina Aguilera is back in her swiveling red leather chair on NBC’s The Voice.

The 32-year-old half-Ecuadorian singer and her fellow coach Cee Lo Green on the reality singing competition have returned for duty after sitting out The Voice’s recent spring installment.

The network has given the show’s fans a first look at the upcoming fifth season of the hit show with this candid image.

Green and Aguilera – looking svelte with a sophisticated bob and a leag-revealing dress – are reuniting with triple winner Blake Shelton and Maroon 5 singer Adam Levine, as well as host Carson Daly, for the new season, which debuts on September 23 at 8:00 pm ET on NBC.

Blind auditions began this week in Los Angeles.

Last season’s winner, country singer Danielle Bradbery, who turns 17 on July 23, is currently hard at work on her first single, “The Heart of Dixie,” which is due out on July 16.
