Farina is ready to Roc…
The Colombian singer, an urban rising star known as “La Nena Fina,” has joined Roc Nation Latin‘s roster, according to Billboard.
The Medellín-born singer, songwriter and rapper joins other Latin up-and-coming artists like Victoria “La Mala,” Mozart La Para and Mr. Paradise to be signed by Roc Nation Latin’s CEO Romeo Santos.
“I was very impressed with her style. I heard three songs and I knew she had something special. I welcome Farina to the Roc Nation Latin family,” Santos said in a statement.
Farina recently released her new track “Mejor que yo,” produced by A&X-Alcover & Xtassy.
The Colombian artist was nominated by Wyclef Jean for the Artist of Tomorrow Campaign in conjunction with the 59th Grammy Awards and CBS.com — the only Latin artist nominated in the campaign.
Wyclef is working with Farina on her forthcoming album, also titled Mejor que yo.
