The 39-year-old Puerto Rican singer-songwriter has surprised his fans by releasing a remix of his single “Despacito,” featuring Justin Bieber.

The song — first announced on social media minutes before its release — keeps the original rhythms with Bieber also singing in Spanish, for the first time.

The original version of “Despacito,” with Daddy Yankee, is currently No. 44 on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart.
