The second wave of 2012 Teen Choice Awards nominations have been announced and Demi Lovato leads the pack of Latino nominees.
The 19-year-old part-Mexican singer/actress and new X Factor judge received three nods this round. She’s nominated for Choice Summer Music Star: Female, Choice Love Song and Choice Summer Song.
Lovato had previously received a nomination for Choice Twit, bringing her grand total of Teen Choice Awards nominations to four.
But Lovato’s late surge wasn’t enough to move past Jennifer Lopez as the overall top Latino nominee.
The 42-year-old Puerto Rican singer/actress received an additional nod this round in the Choice Summer Music Star: Female category, bringing her Teen Choice Awards nomination total to six.
Other Latino/a nominees in this second wave include: Lea Michele, Noomi Rapace, Tyler Posey, Michael Trevino, Lana Parrilla, Francia Raisa and Pitbull.
Meanwhile, previously announced nominees Selena Gomez and Victoria Justice are some of the first presenters announced by event organizers.
