It’s all risk, all reward for Bruno Mars…

The 40-year-old part-Puerto Rican Grammy-winning superstar’s “Risk It All” has taken over as the most-heard song on radio, rising two spots to No. 1 on Billboard’s all-format Radio Songs chart.

The ballad becomes Mars’ 12th leader on the list, extending his record for the most among male artists.

The track rules the chart dated August 15 with 67.7 million audience impressions July 31-August 6, a 5% week-over-week gain, according to Luminate.

Here’s an updated look at the acts with the most No. 1s since Radio Songs began in December 1990:

“Risk It All” concurrently climbs one place to No. 1 on the mainstream top 40-based Pop Airplay chart, where Mars adds his 13th No. 1, also widening his lead for the most among male acts.

Mars boasts two No. 1s on each chart from his latest album, The Romantic, which opened at No. 1 on the Billboard 200in March.

Lead single “I Just Might” dominated Radio Songs for 21 weeks, his longest reign on the ranking, and topped Pop Airplay for six weeks, matching Mark Ronson’s “Uptown Funk!,” on which he’s featured, for his best.

Mars joins Mariah Carey as the only artists with four albums that have each produced at least two Radio Songs No. 1s.

Meanwhile, thanks to its Spanish version, “Risk It All” reached No. 3 on Latin Pop Airplay in June, Mars’ best career placement on the chart.
