Mark Consuelos is bringing the Fire (Island) to Logo…
The network has given a greenlight to Fire Island, a docuseries from the 45-year-old half-Mexican actor and his wife Kelly Ripa’s SoHo based production company Milojo Productions.
Fire Island will follow a group of young New York City professionals who leave behind the stress of their big-city lives and escape to the magical sun-soaked oasis that is Fire Island Pines.
“Fire Island is an exciting new addition to Logo’s slate and perfectly complements the stories our audience craves,” said Pamela Post, Logo’s SVP Original Programming.
Milojo Productions will produce the docuseries with Albert Bianchini and Lenid Rolov.
Consuelos, who currently appears on Queen of the South, and Ripa’s production company has previously produced American Cheerleader, Secret Guide to Fabulous and Get On Pointe, among other projects.
