“Kenia OS: La OG” Documentary Film Headed to U.S. Movie Theaters

Kenia OS is headed to the big screen in in the United States.

Following the debut of her new film in Mexico, the 25-year Mexican singer’s Kenia OS: La OG will hit U.S. movie theaters.

Kenia OSThe film follows the Latin pop star before, during and after her sold-out shows at the coveted Palacio de los Deportes in Mexico City.

Beyond the concert experience, the documentary shows Kenia OS’ tireless and intense preparation, as well as her connection with fans.

Co-directed by Ana Nube, Gastón Etchechoury, and Kenia (real name: Kenia Osuna), the film is produced by Sony Music Vision Mexico and distributed by Spanglish Movies

Kenia OS: La OG premieres on August 29 in Los Angeles, followed by screenings in Miami, New York and Chicago.

Dulce María to Headline Billboard’s First-Ever Billboard Latin Music Showcase in Mexico

Dulce María is ready for her headlining moment…

The 32-year-old Mexican singer/songwriter will be one of the headlining acts at Billboards first-ever Billboard Latin Music Showcase in Mexico.

Presented by Emax Entertainment with radio network Cadena Centro as its main media partner, the showcase is a massive concert that will feature over 40 top Mexican artists.

A broad range of genres will be represented, from regional Mexican to pop to tropical. Along with Dulce Maria, headliners include La Original Banda El LimónLupillo Rivera, Mario Bautista, El Bebeto and Maite Perroni.

The showcase will take place on Friday, August 17 at Palacio de los Deportes in Mexico City.

The Mexico date caps a year of Billboardshowcases in Latin America that featured stops in Bogota, Colombia and Santiago de Chile.

Rubio Reunites with Demi Lovato at the Singer’s Mexico City Concert

Paulina Rubio reunites with her “little sister”…

The 45-year-old Mexican singer reunited with Demi Lovato in Mexico City over the weekend at Lovato’s concert, where Rubio joined her former co-The X Factor USA judge onstage to sing Cyndi Lauper‘s ’80s anthem “Girls Just Want To Have Fun.”

“Thank you for inviting me. I love you little sister, see you soon,” wrote Rubio on social media.

Rubio and Lovato rocked the Palacio de los Deportes stage, singing their hearts out, dancing and hugging each other.

Lovato is currently in Mexico with her Confident World Tour, where she will perform this week in cities including Guadalajara and Monterrey.
