Netflix to Release Garcia’s “The Ridiculous Six” on December 11

The half-Chilean and half-Chilean actor will star opposite Adam Sandler in the The Ridiculous Six, one of the first batch of theatrical-quality films from Netflix.

As part of the streaming service’s feature film initiative, the film is the first of four films that Sandler will star in and produce through his Happy Madison banner.

The comedy premieres on Netflix on December 11, with Sandler and Garcia starring alongside Terry Crews, Taylor Lautner, Rob Schneider, Luke Wilson and Nick Nolte.

Sandler’s The Wedding Singer helmer Frank Coraci directed the comic ensemble Western from a script by Tim Herlihy and Sandler, and Sandler and Allen Covert produced it.

Warner Bros. has released the first official trailer for Blended, the Adam Sandler– and Drew Barrymore-starrer featuring the 16-year-old half-Cuban actress, singer and soon-to-be published author.

Blended

The film tells the tale of two single-parent survivors of a particularly heinous blind date who happen to sign their kids up for the same African safari vacation — and end up sharing a suite for a week.

The Warner Bros pic also stars Joel McHale, Wendi McLendon-Covey, Kevin Nealon and Terry Crews.

Frank Coraci directed from a screenplay by Ivan Menchell and Clare Sera. The Gulfstream Pictures/Happy Madison film is produced by Mike Karz, Sandler and Jack Giarraputo.

Blended is set to open nationwide Memorial Day weekend next year.
