The invitation-only concert series, which leads up to the Billboard Latin Music Conference and Awards, will take place in seven cities this year as it continues to expand throughout the U.S.

Produced by Cardenas Marketing Network (CMN) in partnership with Telemundo Station Group, the series kicks off April 3 with Torres’ show at Escapade in Houston.

The “Adivina” singer will then perform at the Far West in Dallas on April 4, The Regency Ballroom in San Francisco on April 5 and The Mayan in Los Angeles on April 6.

Yandel will then take over performing on April 10 at Stage 48 in New York, April 11 at Chicago’s Concord Music Hall and April 12 at Liv Nightclub in Miami.

Yandel’s shows will be the launchpad for his first-ever U.S. solo tour, De Líder a Leyenda — which will continue throughout the month of June.

Billboard en Concierto was launched in 2010 as an extension of the Billboard Latin Music Awards. Previous performers include 3BallMTY in 2013 and Gloria Trevi and Reik in 2012.

“Billboard en Concierto takes the best of our charts straight to the fans. There is no comparable concert experience out there,” said Leila Cobo, executive director, Latin content and programming, Billboard.

Since its inception, the series features performances by top acts who are finalists for the Billboard Latin Music Awards. Originally launched as a three-day event, the series has grown to seven dates.

“CMN is honored to work again with longtime partners Billboard and Telemundo to present this leading Latin music series,” said Henry Cardenas, president/CEO, CMN. “We’re privileged to continue the success of Billboard en Concierto for the fifth consecutive year and look forward to another unforgettable year.”

Tickets to Billboard En Concierto can be obtained through local Telemundo stations or by participating in sponsored promotions. Fans can visit their local Telemundo websites for more information.

Billboard en Concierto leads up to the Billboard Latin Music Conference, taking place April 21-24 at the Marriott in Miami, and the Billboard Latin Music Awards, which will air live on Telemundo April 24.
