Marc Anthony is a married man…

The 46-year-old Puerto Rican Grammy-winning salsa singer has tied the knot with his Venezuelan model girlfriend at a seaside resort in the Dominican Republic.

Anthony wed 26-year-old Shannon de Lima at a Tuesday (Nov. 11) ceremony at his residence in the exclusive Dominican resort of Casa de Campo.

A few weeks ago, Anthony wrote on his Instagram account that a “surprise” was in store, posting a photo of the couple walking together.

This is the third marriage for Anthony, who has six children from previous relationships. He split in 2011 from pop singer and actress Jennifer Lopez.

In addition to being the top selling tropical salsa artist of all time, Anthony is also an actor. He has appeared on television and in films. He starred opposite ex-wife Lopez in the 2007 film El Cantante, about the life of salsa pioneer Hector Lavoe.
