Cardi B is kicking off E!’s iconic docuseries…

The entertainment network’s television docuseries True Hollywood Story will officially return on Monday, March 15, starting with an in-depth look at the 28-year-old half-Dominican American Grammy-winning rapper.

Cardi B

The first episode will track how the “Bodak Yellow (Money Moves)” rapper built herself from the ground up, including interviews with television producer Mona Scott-Young (VH1‘s Love & Hip Hop), “Bodak Yellow” music video director Picture Perfect and fellow New York rapper Maino.

Amara La Negra to Debut on VH1’s “Love & Hip Hop Miami” Next Month

Amara La Negra is ready for a little love… and hip hop.

The 26-year-old Dominican-American artist and Billboard’s Artist on the Rise last month is preparing to make her debut on VH1’s reality series Love & Hip Hop Miami.

Amara La Negra

La Negra, the daughter of a single mother who immigrated to Miami, is hoping to cross over into the American market while showing Afro-Latinas that it’s possible.

Being a part of a Latin community that rarely gets recognition and representation frustrates La Negra because “[Afro-Latinos have] been here and no one has really spoken about us.”

But that’s all about to change when La Negra makes her Love & Hip Hop debut. She’ll co-star in alongside rappers Trina, Trick Daddy and Gunplay

Love & Hip Hop Miami premieres on VH1 on January 1st at 9/8c.

Santana Releases New Track “Dip’d in Coke,” featuring French Montana & Cam’ron

Juelz Santana is dipping his feet back into the music pool…

The 39-year-old half-Dominican American rapper has released his new track “Dip’d in Coke,” featuring French Montana and Cam’ron.

Juelz Santana

Santana, who began appearon on VH1‘s Love & Hip Hop last year, has been throwing out haymaker after haymaker lately in terms of new records, from his hard-hitting track “Time Ticking” to his old-school anthem “Old Thing Back,” featuring Jadakiss, Redman, Method Man and Busta Rhymes.

“Dip’d in Coke” finds three of New York’s heavyweights boasting about their gaudy jewelry and hefty bank accounts, over the Harry Fraud– and Maaly Raw-produced beat.

Santana’s forthcoming mixtape The Get Back will be released soon.
