The Mexican American actor, comedian and creator of the viral exercise routines CHOLOFIT will guest star on the upcoming second season of NBC’s St. Denis Medical.
Quiñones will play Leslie, a security guard at St. Denis Medical who is very aware of the ins and outs of the hospital gossip.
The mockumentary series series stars Wendi McLendon-Covey, David Alan Grier, Allison Tolman, Josh Lawson, Kahyun Kim, Mekki Leeper and Kaliko Kauahi.
The logline for the second season states, “After receiving a large private donation, hospital administrator Joyce (McLendon-Covey) bites off more than she can chew while her employees navigate staff shortages, office conflicts, and their own personal lives.”
St. Denis Medical Season 2 premieres on November 3 with back-to-back episodes starting at 8:00 pm ET. It will stream the next day on Peacock.
The series was created by Eric Ledgin and Justin Spitzer.
Ledgin serves as showrunner and executive producer. Spitzer, Simon Heuer, Ruben Fleischer, Bridget Kyle and Vicky Luu also executive produce. Universal Television is the studio.
George Lopez is preparing for a special toast to 2024…
The 63-year-old Mexican American stand-up comedian and actor will appear on the two-hour primetime special A Toast to 2024!, which will be hosted by Today‘s Hoda Kotb and Jenna Bush Hager.
Kotb and Bush Hager will help viewers ring in the New Year when they return as the hosts of the special airing on December 31 at 9:00 pm ET/8:00 pm CT.

Gomez will play Carmen, the new waitress at the 50s-themed diner where Adam (Sean Giambrone) is working at. She will make her debut in the episode titled “Million Dollar Reward,” written by Mike Sikowitz, airing on Wednesday, November 30, at 8:30 pm EST.

Quibi has ordered a second season of its Emmy-nominated revival of acclaimed comedy series Reno 911!, starring the 58-year-old Argentine American actor.
The rebook, which debuted in early May, reunites the original cast. The second batch of Season 1’s 25 episodes bowed last week.

With executive producer Patton Oswalt starring as the constantly foiled Mental Organism Designed Only for Killing, the adult-centric comedy is set to debut this year on the Disney-controlled streamer.

The Latino actor is starring in Scott Speer’s teen comedy Status Update, which is currently in production in Vancouver.
The film, written by 17 Again scribe Jason Filardi, is billed as Bigfor the millennial generation and follows a high school kid, Kyle (Ross Lynch), who after being uprooted by the separation of his parents (Rob Riggle and Wendi McLendon-Covey) meets a foulmouthed mystical bearded guy (Josh Ostrovsky) who gives him a magical app that causes his social media updates to come true. As Kyle elevates to hero status at his new high school, his newfound powers abruptly backfire, sending him crashing back to earth.
Guillen is best known for his role in 2013’s The Internship, where he starred alongside Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson. He also starred opposite Victoria Justice in the MTV series Eye Candy.
The 20-year-old part-Mexican American actress, singer-songwriter and former The X Factor contestant’s ABC sitcom The Goldbergs will start airing in the U.K. next year under a deal between Sony PicturesTelevision and British broadcaster Channel 4‘s E4 network, which targets younger viewers.
Financial details of the multi-season deal weren’t revealed. The first season is set to air in early 2015.
The Goldbergs premiered in the U.S. in September 2013 with an audience of more than 11 million, and the first season averaged 7 million viewers across its 23-episode run. The family comedy also stars Jeff Garlin, Wendi McLendon-Covey and George Segal.
The sitcom is based loosely on showrunner Adam Goldberg’s own upbringing in the 1980s and is told from the perspective of the youngest child Adam (Sean Giambrone).
