Tickets purchased for the 2020 edition will be honored and organizers said that a limited number of general admission passes are on sale now before the prices go up on Friday (June 4) at 10:00 am ET.

The summer’s festival scene is beginning to heat up following last year’s total shutdown, though at press time Music Midtown had not announced whether this summer’s gathering will be at Piedmont’s full, pre-pandemic 70,000-person capacity. Other events, such as Chicago’s Lollapalooza, have said they will return at full capacity, though attendees will need to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or, for those not vaccinated, a negative test result within 24 hours of attendance.

Mariah Carey’s “All I Want for Christmas Is You” Earns Fourth Week at No. 1 on Billboard Global 200

Mariah Carey is still celebrating some Christmas magic…

The 51-year-old half-Venezuelan American singer’s “All I Want for Christmas Is You” remains the biggest song in the world, as it spends a fourth frame at No. 1 on the latest Billboard Global 200.

The chart’s streaming and sales tracking period encompassed December 25-31, and even with six days of measurement after Christmas, Carey’s 1994 holiday hit rules the Billboard Global 200 despite a 55% drop to 58.3 million streams and a 60% slide to 11,000 sold worldwide in the tracking week. The song was first released on her 1994 album Merry Christmas.

Carey unwraps yet another present, as “Christmas” now solely boasts the most weeks at No. 1 in the Global 200‘s brief history. It passes three songs that have each led for three weeks, including Bad Bunny and Jhay Cortez‘s “Dákiti,” which rebounds 10-2, and BTS‘ “Dynamite” (12-3). (The chart’s other three-week No. 1 to-date: Cardi B‘s “WAP,” featuring Megan Thee Stallion.)

Rounding out the Global 200’s top five, The Weeknd‘s “Blinding Lights” rebounds from No. 17 to No. 4, returning to its best rank, and 24kGoldn‘s “Mood,” featuring Iann Dior, jumps 15-5, after reaching No. 2.

Plus, Karol G earns her first Global 200 top 10, as “Bichota” climbs 21-9, with 63.6 million streams (down 8%) and 1,000 sold (up 6%) worldwide.

After teasing a “Mood” remix in a behind-the-scenes clip for his Billboard October Chartbreaker interview, 24kGoldn has finally announced that it was coming out on Friday, Nov. 6, by posting an animated cover of the four artists.

Bieber reposted the 19-year-old rapper’s tweet and shared the pre-save and pre-add link whyualwaysinamood.com, which got 24kGoldn in the best mood. “Man i love u,” he replied.

This marks the Biebs and J Balvin’s second official collaboration following the Sorry” remix from the pop star’s 2015 album Purpose. Earlier this year, Bieber was seen filming the music video for “La Bomba,” the Spanish-language single that he teased during an episode of his Seasons YouTube Originals docuseries.

Although it never made it to the final cut of his 2020 album ChangesTMZ reported the standalone single features the Colombian reggaeton singer, who’s also managed by Scooter Braun.
