Rodriguez’s New “InAPPropriate Comedy” Trailer Released

She may be the “living dead” in the Fast & Furious 6, but Michelle Rodriguez is downright inappropriate in her next big screen project.

The green band trailer for InAPPropriate Comedy, which stars the 34-year-old half-Dominican, half-Puerto Rican actress, has just been released.

InAPPropriate Comedy Poster

The clip highlights some improper humor from Rodriguez and her co-stars, including Adrien Brody, Rob Schneider and Lindsay Lohan.

Directed and written by Vince Offer, the film is about a computer tablet full of the world’s most hilariously offensive apps that break through the borders of political correctness, stirring up cultural anarchy.

InAPPropriate Comedy follows Flirty Harry (Brody), a cop who has a flare for fashion, a horny psychologist who is also a porn critic (Schneider) and his enthusiastic counterpart, Harriet (Rodriguez).

In the clip, Harriet gives her opinion about Japanese culture and Japanese men who are “more sensitive.”

The R-rated comedy is set to open in U.S. theaters on March 22.

Mars Wows Viewers as Host & Musical Guest on SNL

It’s been said that, “You only get one chance to make a first impression.” If that’s the case, Bruno Mars has proven he’s got comedic chops to match his singing abilities.

In his second appearance on Saturday Night Live this weekend, the 26-year-old part-Puerto Rican Grammy-winning singer-songwriter did more than serve as the musical guest. He also hosted NBC’s long-running sketch comedy for the first time ever.

Bruno Mars

From Mars’ opening monologue to his final sketch, Mars’ appearance proved to be quite an entertaining affair and helped give NBC its highest ratings for an episode of Saturday Night Live since Lindsay Lohan hosted in March.

Mars, sans hat, broke into song partway through his opening monologue in a song that focused on his first-time-hosting nerves, singing “Can I put aside my fears? Can I be like Timberlake?” He closed the song with “Please be gentle,” then gave viewers his best pouty face.

Mars’ first sketch, which centered on a talk show called Haters with Sunny Taylor Tomkins, centered on a mother-daughter duo and featured Mars in his best To Wong Foo, Thanks for Everything! Julie Newmar! impersonation. Playing a 17-year-old unemployed high school dropout named Crystal, Mars stole the sketch with dialogue.

“You’re just jealous ‘cause I’m young and I got a debit card and I know where to party,” declared Mars in character. “Ya’ll just mad ‘cause you ain’t got this. You ain’t got this. Quit hating alright, ‘cause Jesus made me perfect!”

Moments later, Mars appeared in the most memorable sketches of the night, as an intern at the Pandora Internet Radio Headquarters.

When Pandora suffers a power outage and the Green Day channel comes thisclose to going out, Mars’ geeky intern character Devon is called upon to impersonate Billie Joe Armstrong during one of the songs, which he does masterfully. He then impersonates Aerosmith‘s Steven Tyler, Katy Perry, Justin Bieber, Louis Armstrong and Michael Jackson.

And in the most poignant segment, a SNL Digital Short entitled Sad Mouse, Mars played a lonely guy who lands a job wearing a mouse suit in Times Square. His girlfriend had just dumped him and his dad had just left him for his other family, so he was worried what he’d do if people ignored him. “What if they don’t wave back?” he tearfully asked his new employer.

Mars wanders around in the mouse suit, desperately looking for love to no avail. Mars then pulls out the letter from his dad (Dear son, this is our other family) before finally connecting with a hula-skirted frog at the end.

In addition to his sketches, Mars took to the stage to perform two of this new singles. Mars first performed “Locked Out of Heaven” and later returned to sing his new ballad “Young Girls.” Both songs will appear on his upcoming album Unorthodox Jukebox.

A Nearly Nude Vergara Models for Artist Domingo Zapata

There’s no denying Sofia Vergara’s curvaceous body could be described as a work of art… And, now it is an actual work of art.

The 40-year-old Colombian actress stripped down to her birthday suit to let noted artist Domingo Zapata paint on her.

Sofia Vergara & Domingo Zapata

“We met through friends and we started talking about doing something together and one day she said, ‘Let’s do it,’ explained the 37-year-old Spanish-American contemporary artist, who recently created a similar piece with Lindsay Lohan that sold for $100,000. “I said, ‘Okay, I don’t have a canvas, so I’m going to have to paint on you.’”

The idea of using her nearly nude body as a canvas didn’t scare the Modern Family starlet and she was ready to get the project started.

Domingo Zapata's Sofia Vergara Art PieceZapata decided to paint the words to a Spanish poem titled “Life is a Dream” on Vergara’s body.

“She is one of the most beautiful women in the world and very comfortable with her body,” said Zapata. “What a canvas!”

Zapata sold the 12-polaroid series of Vergara for $220,000.

The artist will next be working with another Latina bombshell, Eva Longoria.

No specifics on Hilton’s role as a judge have been announced, but show sources opened up to E! Online about Lohan’s role, saying the 25-year-old actress “has some funny moments as she plays a ‘heightened’ version of herself, including being disappointed she doesn’t get a red chair that whips around like on The Voice.”

Lohan will reportedly have a long speech “where she talks about kid performers, and how hard they work, and how much she supports the arts.”

The third season finale of Glee is slated to air Tuesday, May 15.

Zapata’s Art Piece Featuring Lindsay Lohan Sells for $100,000

It’s no wonder Domingo Zapata been named one of Whitewall Magazine’s “Artists to Watch”… His recent Adam and Eve-inspired piece featuring Lindsay Lohan has just sold for $100,000.

The 37-year-old Spanish artist—who has spent some 20 years creating art—has created an art piece comprised of Polaroid pictures of the 25-year-old actress/singer.

Domingo Zapata

Entitled “Eat Me,” Zapata’s work of art is made up of four snapshots of a platinum blond Lohan with a sultry look on her face. Zapata embellished the piece with paint into an Adam and Eve story of original sin and the following words scripted throughout the grid layout:

“An Apple . . . that I like . . . with a bite out of it. Adam and Eve changed mankind forever . . . started SIN . . . it was a plain simple apple hanging from a tree. Then the world changed for all of us” scripted throughout the grid layout.”

Zapata, who shot the images in his studio at the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles, reportedly sold the work through the Hus Gallery to a prominent British collector, according to The New York Post.

Zapata is best known for producing figurative and abstract expressionist paintings in both oil and acrylics, as well as mixed media and collage.
